Our fanatastic Year 10 Food Preparation and Nutrition students have been focusing on food styling in recent weeks. They started with the basic skills such as julienne carrots, tomato roses and apple swans. They then moved onto decorative techniques such as piping, smearing and crumbs. They then did ready, steady cook with 3 cheddars, mayo and ketchup and finally had to present a fine dining breakfast to include and egg and one slice of bread.
